| We all know that weight loss programs don’t always work with every one, and we all know why! If you don’t! Let me tell you why diet and other weight loss programs basically never work for people. It is because we never stick with it and give up before it really starts working!In most cases we will try an exercise and other weight loss methods for about three months, after that we relies that it is a lot of work and there is not a lot happening. And so we quit! Three months is usually the time it takes to get fit, three months is the time that you should start rising the level not throwing in the towel. The five percent that choose not to throw in the towel is usually that person that looks so good and everyone is talking about him. “Oh she lost so much weight! I wonder what her secret is.”Surprise the secret is not to quit, if you are like me and have a busy life and to spear one hour a gym is too much. Then three months is also too long. Agreed? So this is how my quest began to find a way to lose my belly fat in three months and with a program that will take me less than an hour a day and will also not kill me! I know that this will be a big task, let’s face it we all know that there is methods that people use to shed the weight fast. Just look at all the starts they do it in a matter of a view days! | I mean look at this guy he looks the part and if he says he knows how to help us loose the belly fat, I am going to believe him. We all now their is some secret methods out there that the fitness trainers know but don’t tell us! Let’s face it if they did tell us how to look like this guy in a couple of weeks, they will be out of business before they even started! And that is way they give as this hard and long exercise that only starts working after three of four months.
